About our community
We have three beautiful lakes which our community surrounds, a lovely pool great for the family in summertime, ALTA standard tennis courts, freshly updated to accommodate pickleball, newly updated play structure for our children and the young at heart, and a wonderful clubhouse to host your fun events. Mostly, the absolute best neighbors you could ever find in Lawrenceville, GA.
Location
Our Community is located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Gwinnett County, at the intersection of Old Peachtree Road and Braselton Highway (Hwy 124). Our schools fall in the Mountain View cluster of Gwinnett County Public Schools.
Annual Assessments
Assessments are collected annually for the Lakes of Old Peachtree. Your 2025 Assessments have been applied to your account. Due date is 4/1/2025- Community Financials manages assessment collection and payments may be made to your online account; you may reach them at support@communityfinancials.com if you have any questions.
HOA Board
Our HOA Board is made up of enthusiastic members of our community who love to serve their neighbors. We encourage all residents to become an active part in our lovely community. Please see the home page for current board members.
