Calendar of Reviews for 2025

We will be moving to a new ARC review format in 2025 to allow for more targeted reviews, consistency of reviews and to allow for better community communication

Quarter 1 – Home exterior – we will be reviewing: Paint, wood rot, windows, gutters, etc. all things on the exterior of the home

Quarter 2 – Landscaping: grass, weeds, leaves, flower beds, bushes, & fences - all things grounds

Quarter 3 – mailboxes

Quarter 4 – Re-review for any outstanding items throughout the year

All other glaring violations will be addressed during each review cycle.

If you receive a notification of ARC violation, it is your responsibility to communicate to the ARC the violation has been cleared and is in need of re-review, or documentation provided of remediation (pictures).

Failure to remediate or create a plan with the ARC may result in violation fees. You may contact the ARC at loop.hoa.arc@gmail.com with questions, requests or notifications of concerns.

Residential ARC Requests for changes

There have been many changes in our neighborhood, including many new neighbors coming in; we are so excited you are here! Please remember ALL updates to the exterior of your home and landscaping must be approved by the LOOP ARC/Board. This includes changes which are visible from the lake side of your home if you are on any of the lakes

As always, please remember your agreement to the deed for your home ties you to the LOOP covenants, bylaws and standards established by the HOA. You may NOT begin any work until the approval has been received by the ARC. Completing work without approval may result in a fine and request to have the change removed/restored to it's original state.

In an effort to expedite your request as quickly as possible, you MUST include:

1. Written description of proposed change

2. Paint swatches of color changes being proposed

3. Pictures/examples of proposed changes (examples of items which should have pictures include, design changes to exterior gutters, brick color, lighting, decorative wood trim, etc.)

4. Structural Designs if significant changes being made to the layout of a home or driveway

5. Landscaping design change renderings (pictures, layout, types of plants/trees being proposed)

The more information you provide the more quickly the ARC will be able to make a decision.
