Reservations will be final upon receipt of rental agreements and payment.

$50 Rental Day use - Multi-day use (up to 4 consecutive days) $100

$100 Refundable Deposit

Small Kitchenette with Sink

Storage Room with Refrigerator

Several tables and many chairs to accommodate your guests

Large green space with access to playground & pool (when open); no exclusive rentals available for pool/playground

Outside Electricity and water is available, if needed
